What’s up, beautiful people! No one can deny that we hear, see, and experience so much ugliness and evil in our world. At the same time, we also hear, see, and experience beauty. Much of that beauty, expressed by humanity is found in what's known as the Fruit of the Spirit. A few weeks ago I sent you my most-listened-to episode from my teaching podcast, Fruit of the Spirit. That was part 1. If you did not get a chance to listen to that teaching, you can check it out at the following link. In part 1, we only covered the initial 4 fruits, in that of love, joy, peace, and patience. But what about the other 5; kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control? Well, we actually covered that in part 2. Fruit of the Spirit Pt. 2 uncovers what it truly means to live a life marked by the Fruit of the Spirit. You’ll discover the powerful contrast between the works of the flesh and the fruit of the Spirit—and how walking by the Spirit reveals a heart that’s been captivated by God. Whether you’re growing in faith or leading others, this episode will help you recognize Spirit-produced transformation and walk daily in the freedom and power God provides.

What "Daily Bread" Is Really About Friends, In the middle of the holiday season when calendars are full, rhythms are disrupted, and gratitude is both practiced and tested I wanted to take a moment to simply reconnect. Not with an update, but with a reflection. Over the last couple of years, one prayer has quietly shaped our lives more than any other: “Give us this day our daily bread.” (Matthew 6:11, CSB) It’s a familiar line. Easy to recite. Harder to live...if we are being honest. A Season...
TRUE TRIBES STRONG GRATITIUDE A DAILY POSTURE FOR THOSE WHO FOLLOW JESUS Every year around this time, our feeds get filled with quotes about being thankful. The air gets a little softer, the conversations get a little warmer, and everybody seems to pause long enough to say, “Man, I’m grateful.” And there’s nothing wrong with that. But if we only tap into gratitude during the holidays, or only when life feels good we miss the depth, the strength, and the weight of what Scripture means when it...
The Meantime What You Do While You Wait Matters There’s this phrase that’s been sitting heavy on my heart lately: “in the meantime.” When you hear it, you might think of the space between events or the gap between appointments, the downtime before what’s next. But I’ve been thinking about the spiritual meantime. You know, that season between where you are and where you want to be. And here’s the thing:Every man lives in a meantime season. Especially young men in their early 20s. Because...
